As soon as your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.
Have not received tracking yet?
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. If more than 2 business days have passed since your order confirmation and you have not received a shipping email, check your spam folder first — then contact us at shoponline@pureethical.com with your order number and we will look into it right away.
Tracking shows no movement?
Tracking can take up to 48 hours to become active. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. If your tracking has not moved for more than 3 business days, get in touch and we will chase it with the carrier.
