Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We ship to the 27 countries of the European Union only. We do not currently ship to Switzerland, the United Kingdom or other countries outside the EU.

Shipping costs
13,90 € per order. Free shipping on orders of 89 € or more. The shipping cost is shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery times
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods or public holidays.

Tracking
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to become active.

Customs and duties
All orders are shipped within the European Union, so there are no customs duties or import fees.

Delivery problems
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at shoponline@pureethical.com and we will resolve it with the carrier.
