Return and Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer in the European Union you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, send us a clear statement (for example by email to shoponline@pureethical.com) before the period ends.

Condition of the items
Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them: unworn, unused, with the original tags attached and in the original packaging, together with proof of purchase. We may reduce the refund if the item shows wear beyond what is needed to check its nature and characteristics.

How to return
Contact us at shoponline@pureethical.com with your order number. We will reply with the return instructions. Returns sent without prior contact may be delayed.

Return shipping costs
The cost of returning the item is paid by the customer, except when the item is defective, damaged or not the one you ordered.

Refunds
We refund the amount paid, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or you have shown proof of shipping it. The refund is made with the same payment method you used, at no extra cost to you. Your bank may take a few additional days to process it.

Defective or wrong items
Please check your order on delivery. If an item is defective, damaged or wrong, contact us straight away. You have the legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years under Portuguese law (Decreto-Lei n.º 84/2021).

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order for the item you want.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards and items made or personalised to your specifications cannot be returned, except if defective.
